建議食用方式:
*冬瓜排骨酥湯:冬瓜去皮切小塊,與排骨酥一起放入鍋中,加水至七八分滿,電鍋外鍋放入2杯水燉煮,待電鍋跳起,再適量加些白胡椒粉、鹽巴,撒上香菜提味即可上桌。 

*糖醋排骨酥:起鍋熱油後,加入洋蔥、甜椒拌炒,將蜂蜜、醋、番茄醬、水以等比例調勻倒入,醬汁煮滾後再加入排骨酥悶煮,等醬汁均勻裹上、收乾後放入蔥段即可盛盤。
