介紹:牛肋像是我們人類的胸腔一樣,左右兩邊各有13根肋骨,而肋骨與肋骨之間的肉把它取出來,就是"牛肋條"了;牛肋條肉質較有韌性且脂肪含量較高,長時間的燉滷,仍能保持其彈性帶嚼勁的口感,吃起來香甜多汁且較不乾澀,非常適合做成牛肉湯、牛肉麵、紅燒牛腩等等。

建議食用方式:牛肋條肉質較有韌性且脂肪含量較高,最適合用來紅燒、煲湯、煎烤;牛肋條肉串可用碳烤或烤箱烘烤,約5至10分鐘的時間,烘烤至全熟即可。
