介紹:豬軟骨經適當時間烹煮之後,就會變得入口即化、膠質盡出,能讓您享受邊吃骨頭邊吃肉的樂趣!煮湯、紅燒都好吃。

建議食用方式:
1.紅白蘿蔔豬軟骨湯:豬軟骨川燙後,與切塊的紅蘿蔔、白蘿蔔一起放入鍋中倒入水,大火燒滾後,撈出雜質,加鍋蓋燉煮半小時至一小時到軟嫩,撒入適量鹽巴即可。

2.紅燒豬軟骨:大火爆香薑片、蔥、蒜,軟骨下鍋乾煎至變色後,加入些許米酒、糖、日式醬油,加水燒滾後,加蓋轉小火燉煮一小時,在燜燒一小時左右,軟嫩的紅燒豬軟骨就可以上桌啦!
