介紹:台灣本土養殖雞的三節翅,讓您吃得健康、安心!雞翅平均含脂肪量、蛋白質皆比雞腿豐富,火烤、香煎、油炸、滷煮都美味,口感鮮嫩多汁、吮指回味無窮。

建議食用方式:
1.可樂滷三節翅:雞翅用醬油、米酒、蒜末等醃料抓勻,油鍋下薑片爆香,將醃製後的雞翅下鍋煎至兩面焦黃,加入可樂蓋過雞翅,再倒入醃料以中火煮滾,小火收汁後即可盛盤。

2.迷迭香烤三節翅:雞翅洗淨後在表面劃數刀,以迷迭香料、鹽巴、黑胡椒醃製半小時以上,烤箱預熱後,將雞翅放入烤箱烤15-20分鐘即可(依烤箱火力不同自行調整時間)。
