介紹:板腱位於牛肩胛的內側,也俗稱牛肩胛或嫩肩里肌,該部位因為運動量較少,所以油花分布均勻、肉質細緻軟嫩,一頭牛僅能取出少量(約兩公斤)的板腱喔!
板腱牛排還有一特色是中間有一根透明的嫩筋,為所有牛肉部位裡面獨有的,不同於嚼不動的白筋,煎烤過後的嫩筋,吃起來非常的Q彈。還沒吃過板腱牛排的您,一定要嘗試看看喔!

適合熟度:五至七分熟

建議食用方式:在室溫下退冰回溫後,取出包裝把板腱牛排的血水擦乾。用鹽巴和黑胡椒醃製3~5分鐘,在平底鍋上抹上薄薄一層油,大火熱油後放入牛排,兩面輪流煎1分半至2分鐘,煎好後再裝盤靜置5~8分鐘(靜置時會鎖住肉汁,讓牛排更好吃喔),待醒完牛排後,就可以享受美味啦!
