介紹:龍膽石斑全身上下都是寶,除了膠質豐富的魚肉外,魚骨也是一大亮點,只要細細熬煮就可以享受到鮮美甘甜,熬出的湯頭不論是做湯、配麵、火鍋湯底都非常適合喔。 

※手工去鱗仍有少許殘存,料理前需自行刮除。

建議食用方法:龍膽石斑魚骨有些許的魚肉、魚皮,水煮滾後放入魚骨及薑絲煮至沸騰,起鍋前加入適量鹽巴、米酒即可上桌。
