適合熟度:五至七分熟

建議食用方式:在室溫下退冰回溫後,取出包裝把背肩牛排的血水擦乾。用鹽巴和黑胡椒醃製3~5分鐘,在平底鍋上抹上薄薄一層油,大火熱油後放入牛排,兩面輪流煎1分半至2分鐘,煎好後再裝盤靜置5~8分鐘(靜置時會鎖住肉汁,讓牛排更好吃喔),待醒完牛排後,就可以享受美味啦!
