介紹:特選天然豬腸衣與新鮮CAS豬後腿製成,將昂貴又高營養價值的墨魚汁融入香腸,用日本進口高級墨魚粉調色,再加入整隻墨魚切丁處理,最後加上印度黑胡椒調香,讓墨魚香腸除了顏色特別之外,又有好的口感,色、香、味俱全的獨特食材。

建議食用方法:
1. 烤箱 : 解凍後放置烤箱10分鐘後翻面再烤5~8分鐘,當香腸油脂溢出呈微焦狀即可。
2. 油煎 : 以平底鍋放油,將香腸煎至表面呈現焦脆感,建議可先以滾水川燙1分鐘再油煎,確保香腸整個熟透(但請小心熱油噴濺!)
