介紹:肉魚,也就是俗稱的肉鯽仔、土肉、肉鯽、瓜仔鯽、刺鯧……是大眾化的食用魚,清蒸、乾煎、醬燒都非常適合。肉魚的肉質細緻、甜度高,營養豐富適合老人及小孩食用,也很適合作為幼兒入門的副食品。

建議食用方式:
1.香煎肉魚:以鹽和米酒抓醃一下肉魚,在鍋中放入適量的油,切中小火放入肉魚,煎至雙面金黃即可上桌。
2.豆豉蒸肉魚:在肉魚身上斜劃兩刀後,撒上豆豉、薑絲,再淋上少許米酒,放入電鍋蒸熟即可。
